When we first came to Chelsea Modular Homes our only plan was to look at our options for modular homes. At our first meeting, Steve showed us our options for houses, and asked us if we found the land that we wanted to build on. At the time we had looked at some land but decided it was not what we were looking for. Steve told us about some property that he knew was for sale. He didn’t try to sell it to us, he just told us it was available, and where it was. We loved it, and it was for a great price.

Not only did he help us find the house, and the land, he also helped us through the purchasing process, and let us check the progress, even when the other builders said it would be a liability issue. We are very happy with our home and the help we received. Chelsea Modular homes has been wonderful to work with. Steve was able to answer our questions, listened to what we wanted, and helped us get the most for our money. When a problem came up Steve was very helpful getting it resolved. We have and will continue to recommend Chelsea Modular Homes to anyone looking for a builder.

 During the month of August, 2004, we found ourselves in need of moving from our residence of 28 years. I came across the name Chelsea Home Builders. I figured I had nothing to lose and called their number. We explained our situation and that we didn't have any idea where to start. Steve and Doug made sure to listen to our every want, and need. After we picked out our home Steve even recommended a bank for us to apply for a loan. They had picked out a piece of land that they felt we would like according to our conversation with them. We fell in love with our rolling hills, 2.5 acre parcel immediately. We then went on tour of the factory in Indiana to look at where our house would be built. These homes are very very well built. After the home was finished we were in awe. Chelsea Modular Homes took a very simple cape cod with two bedrooms and two bathrooms on the main floor, and turned it into a palace.

During the construction, we had the pleasure of meeting many of the workers on our site. Each and every one of them stopped and introduced themselves to us and explained what they were doing. Our home was constructed right in the middle of winter, and still stayed as clean as it could possibly be. We truly admire the guys from Chelsea Modular Homes. They did one awesome job.
